Just in case someone doubted President Obama’s commitment to the abortion agenda, we have this report from Life News:

“The Obama administration issued a new order for the U.S. military requiring all military hospitals and health centers to stock the morning after pill. The Department of Defense will soon begin having military medical facilities stock the Plan B drug, which can sometimes cause an abortion.”

For those keeping score, that means President Obama has:

Forced taxpayers to fund abortions oversees

Forced taxpayers to fund abortions in our Nation’s Capital

Ordered the military to dispense contraception that sometimes causes an abortion

So I guess that whole ‘Obama is pro-life’ myth has been exposed as a total lie, right?

By the way, who asked for this anyway? Morning-after pills on military bases? The Department of Defense should have said, “Don’t Ask, Don’t Sell.”

Gay rights groups were very upset with President Obama in 2009. To answer this, President Obama called upon Congress in his State of the Union address to repeal the ban on gays serving in the military. I suspect in the current political climate, plus that we are fighting two wars, I doubt Congress will make such a change. But whether at war or at peace, changing this policy would codify the myth that homosexual acts are morally equal to that of married couples.
